Accessibility statement

This accessibility statement covers NovaSolu Oy’s website novasolu.com. We want as many people as possible to be able to use the site, including with a keyboard, a screen reader or magnification.

Accessibility status

Our goal is for the site to meet the Level AA requirements of WCAG 2.1. The site partially meets them: we fix issues as we find them.

The assessment was made by us on 8 October 2026. The site was checked on a computer and a phone, with a keyboard and against the WCAG 2.1 AA criteria.

What we have done

All menus and functions work with a keyboard, and Esc closes an open menu.
Keyboard focus is clearly visible.
Images have text alternatives, and purely decorative images are skipped by screen readers.
The contact form fields have labels, and the required fields are explained before the form.
Links to the client portal are marked, and screen readers announce that they open in a new tab.

Known issues

Client portal: portal.novasolu.com is a separate service that this statement does not cover.
Spam protection on the form: the contact form uses a Cloudflare Turnstile check. If it stops you from sending the form, you can email us at info@novasolu.com.
