AI in your business, put to work.
AI saves your company working hours every week once it is set up right. We find where it pays off, set up the tools and train your team. The result shows in your working hours, not on slides.
How AI gets put to work.
Three steps, each with a clear result. The assessment and the rollout at a fixed price, support for a monthly fee.
AI assessment
We go through your company’s daily work and find the tasks where AI gives the biggest return. You get a clear plan: where to start, with which tools and at what cost.
Rollout
We carry the plan through to the end: accounts, settings, templates built for your work and the connections to your store, email or accounting. Your team gets trained and uses the tools the same day.
Monthly support
We keep AI paying off month after month: new use cases as the team learns, tool updates and help the moment you need it.
Where AI gives the most.
Repetitive writing, sorting and data extraction get done by the machine. You decide, AI does the work.
Customer service
Replies to emails and chat ready in seconds, based on your own instructions and order data. Customers get answers faster and the team gets more done.
Product texts and translations
Hundreds of product descriptions, category texts and translations in a single day, in every language you sell in, in one consistent voice.
Orders and returns
Incoming messages sorted and standard cases handled: returns, delivery questions, complaints. All that is left for you is the approval.
Quotes and invoices
A draft quote ready from your earlier quotes and price list. Invoice and receipt data straight into bookkeeping.
Meetings and notes
Minutes, decisions and tasks shared right after the meeting, without anyone typing them by hand.
Content and marketing
Newsletters, social posts and website texts in your voice, on a regular schedule and without the blank page.
For an online store, AI and online store management are strongest together: we run the store’s daily work and automate everything in it that can be automated.
AI is no longer the future. It is everyday work.
A couple of years ago AI was an experiment. Now it writes, sorts and answers inside the same tools your team uses every day, and your competitors are already putting it to work. The question is no longer whether to start, but where to start and how to do it safely.
Waiting has a cost
Every week that product texts, messages and meeting notes are written by hand takes hours that could have gone to customers. The head start grows for those who began earlier.
The threshold is lower than you think
You don’t need an IT department or a big project. The first tasks move to the machine in a day, when someone knows which tools to use and how.
Small companies gain the most
A large company hires more people; a small one can’t. When one person handles customer service, marketing and invoicing, every hour moved to the machine shows right away.
Time saved, shown in hours.
In the assessment we measure how long the chosen tasks take today, and after the rollout we check how much is left. You see the benefit in hours per week, not in estimates.
The benefit grows month by month: once the first tasks run on AI, the team finds the next ones itself, and we put them in place.
Your data stays under your control.
Frequently asked questions.
What happens in the AI assessment?
We go through what your company does every day and every week: customer service, orders, quotes, texts, reports. From that we write a short report with the tasks where AI saves the most time, the tools that fit, what they cost and what data may be given to them.
Do we need to know anything beforehand?
No. It is enough that you know how the work is done today. We choose the tools, set them up and train the whole team, and the first tasks are running on AI by the end of the training day.
Which tools do you use?
Usually ready-made services such as Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, plus small custom connections to your store or email when needed. We choose tools by the task and by data protection, not from one vendor’s catalogue.
What about data protection and customer data?
In the assessment we agree on what data may be given to AI and what may not. We use services meant for business use, whose terms exclude training on your data, and keep the handling of personal data GDPR-compliant.
Does the EU AI Act apply to us?
Partly, yes. Article 4 requires that the staff of a company using AI have sufficient AI literacy. The training included in the rollout is designed with this in mind.
How much does the service cost?
The assessment and the rollout have a fixed price agreed in advance, and the monthly support is a monthly fee. Request a quote and we will tell you the price.

What does your company do, how many of you are there and which tasks repeat week after week? We will quote the assessment based on that.
