The participant signs up
A link on your own site opens the group’s page. Name, email and phone, then payment with Finnish online banking, MobilePay or a card.
The payment confirms the place
After paying, the participant sees the confirmation and gets it by email too. The place is reserved and nobody has to tick anything off by hand.
The list is ready in the admin
The instructor or secretary sees participants and payments up to date and downloads the list to Excel with one click. A new season starts by copying the old one.
Colours, logo, fonts and corner rounding are taken from your own site, so to participants Ilmo is part of your website. Try the example in other colours:
Payments are Paytrail test payments, and the demo is in Finnish. Nothing you type is stored, and your changes are visible only to you.

An exercise group, a course, a trip: each with its own number of places and price, with several price levels if you need them, for members for example. When the last place goes, sign-up closes and nobody is left guessing.
Payment at sign-up
The participant pays right away through Paytrail with Finnish online banking, MobilePay or a card. The place is confirmed by the payment, so there are no unpaid reservations and no payment reminders.
Confirmations and lists, ready
The participant gets a confirmation by email at once. The participant list and payments are always current in the admin and go to the instructor or bookkeeping as a file with one click.
Admin you learn in minutes
A new event takes four steps, and an old one can be copied as a template. Staff sign in with a code sent by email, no passwords.

Ilmo uses your colours, fonts and logo, so to the participant it is part of your website. Your current pages only get links to the groups and events, and sign-up is open the same day.
A price you know in advance.
A fixed setup fee and then a yearly fee. No commission on tickets, only Paytrail’s own transaction fees, so a busy season doesn’t raise our invoice.
